Riad R. Abuelafiya celebrates 30 years in the medical sales and marketing industry
MISSION VIEJO, CA, March 1, 2010 /Medical Products PR News/ -- Riad R. Abuelafiya, Vice President of Air Techniques, Inc., has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for demonstrating dedication, leadership and excellence in medical sales.
As a vice president of Air Techniques, Inc., Mr. Abuelafiya is responsible for overseeing general management, sales and marketing through business development, mergers and acquisition, strategic alliances and corporate partnership for medical devices, diagnostics, dental and life science research markets, managing staff development and developing highly motivated teams. Prior to attaining his current position, he was a director of commercial operations for Beckman Coulter, a director of sales and marketing at BEI Technologies, Inc. and a sales and marketing manager at Varian Associates. He attributes his success to his commitment, hard work, education and to the relationships he has with his peers.
Mr. Abuelafiya received his Master of Science in Chemistry from California State University in 1986. He is a member of the Health Care Education Foundation and the Health Care Industries Association.
